MESA contracts with a third-party to bill its annual fee to property owners and employers including mailing, collection and handling inquiries.
Annual fee bills for 2024 were mailed mid-February and payment was due by March 15, 2024 (view sample).
NOTE: MESA’s print vendor recently mailed an incorrect postcard to property owners who have not yet paid their 2024 annual fee bill. If you haven’t yet paid your bill, please use your account number printed on the postcard address label to pay online.

Billing Discrepancies
To address an inaccuracy in the number of units billed for your property parcel(s), please complete and submit a Fee Assessment Billing Appeal Form.
Please note that appeals are only eligible for the number of units on your bill. There is not an appeal process to opt-out of the per unit fee.
